Rolling her eyes, she cast him a playful glare. "Why dont you clean, you are the one that is inviting her here." Sticking her tongue out immaturely at her younger brother she couldnt help but laugh. "Yeah yeah yeah, I'll clean. Don't worry."

He laughed and shook his head. " Now Alyssa, that is not very lady like. " he said with a laugh. " I can see why you aren't married yet. " he said playfully as he shook his head and went over to the kitchen and began to make himself a sandwich.

Rolling her eyes, she laughed and then shot him a playful glare at his marriage comment. "No..." She got up and walked into the kitchen behind him. "The reason I'm not married is because someone doesn't approve of any of the men I bring home.." Pushing him teasingly as she made her way towards the pantry, she too brought out supplies to prepare a sandwich for herself.

He raised his eyebrow and laughed. " Me not approve of those so called men you bring home. Alyssa, they are just after your money. "He said shaking his head. " They have never worked a day in their lives. " He said shaking his head and smiling.

"That's not true!" She scowled playfully with a small laugh as she continued to put together a sandwhich. Glaring at her younger brother, she knew he was right, but would never admit it. She finshed and got another glass of water, sitting down at the kitchen table. "They just..." She was about to say something and she opened her mouth to talk but no words came out. Growling, she took a bite of her sandwich and laughed softly.

He nodded and smiled. " See if you know that i am right, so you mine as well stop trying to argue with me. So until you bring home a man who i feel is going to protect you and take care of you then i am not going to like him, and i can be a very intimidating man when i want to be. " He said calmly

Her eyes narrowed in his general direction and she growled playfully. She folded her arms and gave pouted like a five year old. "Fine!" But she couldn't hold the serious face for long, for she burst out into a gentle laughter. Her eyes met his and she stood up. "Well...there is a young man who I met the other day while in town.." She bit her lip and smiled innocently. "We ran into each other at the ports and he introduced himself."

Of course Alyssa you are not as young as you used to be so when you mean young i hope you don't mean extremely young because i don't want you dating a 20 year old man either, you would be way out of his class. Laughing softly at what her brother said, she shook her head. "When I say young, I mean around mid-thirties. Rolling her eyes she playfully nudged against him. "He's a local blacksmith..." Smiling cheekishly, she blushed softly before turning away. She leaned back on the couch and stretched a bit. It was still only about three in the afternoon and she was unsure of what else she would do for the remainder of the day. I could go into town.. She thought as a small smile flashed across her lips, but quickly shook the thought from mind. "So what are your plans for the rest of the day?" Her eyes met her brother's once more and she smiled softly.
